An IQOS Subscription is a plan which allows a Legal Aged Smoker or User to purchase an IQOS Device, whilst paying it off on monthly basis for up to 12 months
When you purchase an IQOS Device at a store/kiosk or through an IQOS Coach, you will be provided with the option to pay in full up front or to pay the Device off over time through a monthly account debit.
Yes, you can cancel your IQOS Subscription at any time. You will need to pay off the remaining monthly fee for the Device (excl. service fee)
The first payment will be made upon receiving the Device. Thereafter, the amount will come off your account on a monthly basis for the remainder of the payment period.
Yes, you may cancel your IOQS Subscription however you will need to pay the remaining months balance on your plan as per the IQOS Payment Plan terms and conditions.
You may cancel your IQOS Subscription at any time for any reason, provided that the you give at least 20 (twenty) Business Days written notice on the via the IQOS subscription portal. Such termination will be subject to payment of a reasonable cancellation fee, which amounts to the balance of the retail price of the IQOS device(s) received through IQOS subscription purchase. Payment of the cancellation fee would be immediately due to action the cancellation.
You have two options when selecting an IQOS subscription; either 6 months or 12 months.
You will receive monthly statements indicating how many payments remain o your plan or you can access the IQOS Subscription portal and view this information there.

Yes, you would continue paying for the remainder of the selected IQOS Payment Plan period however you can elect to pay the remainder of the owed amount in full at any time.

With IQOS subscription, you are eligible for a device upgrade on month 10 (for a 12 month payment plan) or month 4 (for a 6 month payment period), should you renew your IQOS Subscription for another 12 / 6 month period. Alternatively, you could follow the above cancellation procedure.
