IQOS PAY MONTHLY - FAQs

We are constantly updating our offering based on our customers' needs. Due to our updated IQOS Friends rates, we have seen a decrease in demand for the IQOS Pay Monthly programme, therefore we discontinued this as of 1 July 2022.

If you sign up to IQOS Friends, you are now able to purchase an IQOS 3 Duo for R999 which includes a carton of HEETS (valued at R410), the IQOS 3 DUO for R599 or get the new Multi Discovery Bundle for R399 – which includes an IQOS 3 Multi and any for packs of HEETS.

Yes, your Pay Monthly plan continues until your contract end
Yes, your Pay Monthly plan repayment price remains the same

While subscription is not available, you can still sign up to the IQOS Friends Trade Programme to enjoy access to IQOS bundles at trade partner rates or make use of our Rental Programme to enjoy the device for 14 days without commitment.

Once you have selected a payment period it cannot be changed. However, you may cancel your IQOS subscription at any time for any reason, provided that you give at least 20 (twenty) Business Days written notice on the Subscriber Portal. Such termination will be subject to payment of the balance of the retail price of the IQOS device(s).

Yes, you would continue paying for the remainder of the selected IQOS Payment Plan period however you can elect to pay the remainder of the owed amount in full at any time.
