Tobacco companies are unhappy with proposed new anti-smoking laws in South Africa. The regulations call for a ban on all smoking -- including digital devices -- in public spaces. Tobacco firms believe there are fewer health risks in electronic smoking devices and that they should therefore be regulated differently. CGTN's Sumitra Nydoo has more.
