IQOS ILUMA PRIME™ devices are designed to be used only with TEREA tobacco sticks. There is no heating element to heat your HEETS™ stick with IQOS ILUMA PRIME™. An IQOS ILUMA™ device can only be activated by a TEREA™ stick. With the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ technology, there is no blade in the Holder but instead a metal heating element is placed inside the TEREA stick.

Your experience with IQOS ILUMA PRIME™ with TEREA sticks lasts up to 6 mins or 14 puffs, whichever comes first. While the device offers up to 20 experiences per full charge, fewer experiences are not unusual and do not necessarily mean the device is faulty in any way.
